Membership Application

Dues are $15.00 annually. Payment made be made with PayPal.

After submitting the application, you will be redirected 

to the CHECKOUT page where you can complete the payment process.

Your application will be on hold until payment has been completed.

To join the association or update your contact information, using the application below.

Membership is open to all ex-students of Malakoff or Lincoln High School.

You do not have to be a graduate to become a member.

Annual dues are $15.00 and may be paid securely via PayPal with credit or debit card.

A small fee is charged on all card transactions.

Current year graduates will receive a 1 year membership for completing the application.
Once you submit the application, you will be taken to
CHECKOUTto complete the process.

If you'd like to pay for more years, just use the pull down menu to add more years.

Payments are processed by PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card.

A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit or debit card transactions.

You only need to submit your contact information once unless you have a change of contact information, i.e. mailing address, email.
